I work with parents in educating them about the emotionoal needs that all human beings have from the moment they are born and throughout their entire life, guiding them in forming a secure attachment with their children and strenghtening their Good Parent skills.

I work with children, teens, parents and families.
I run Circle of Security for parents 1:1 or in a group both in person and on-line.
I offer Circle of Security for educators both in person and on-line

I know that what a child of any age needs, is a secure attachment to a parent or caregiver, but until I had my own children, I did not know how challenging fostering a secure relationship with children could be. Parenting is widely known as the most amazing, exhausting, trying, endearing, rewarding journey. I am a mother to two boys and am witness to lots of big feelings, emotions, passions and plenty of challenges. I am navigating my own parenting practice alongside you. I know the challenges you are facing. If you are looking to deepen your connection with your child, understand your child in a different way, or are parenting in a way that just doesn’t feel right to you, I am here to support you. I offer COSP groups to caregivers either in person or virtually. I am available in the afternoons, evenings, or weekends. I also am available to facilitate a COSP-C group to teachers and am available after school hours for these groups.
